- Identify and develop new customers
-Define objectives, follow-up and support selected distributors ondedicated area
- Build up with the distributors their targets at both level of outlets and consolidated, and agree on the deployment plan to succeed
- Define together with the distributor local communication plan
- Provide the distributors with commercial and technical support
- Present new products lines, new P/N
- Train distributors and their customers on the public price mechanism and benefits
- Check and ensure minimum stock level for each outlets, propose stock recommendations
- Commercial background, account management expertise.
- Technical experience would be appreciated, at least technical sensitiveness is required.
- Automotive Aftermarket understanding, a previous experience in the car accessories business would be ideal.
- 3 year experience, ideally in the automotive Aftermarket
