§ Industrial controlling manager
§ Manage site industrial through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and tools
§ Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site
§ Ensure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process
§ Implement key internal control processes regarding site assets (physical counts, recording and identification procedures, IC Quest).
§ Monitor site productivity plans (labor, overheads, material).
§ Elaborate and report all information related to profitability analysis by product.
§ People management: Supports in the training and career development of Industrial Control team.
§ HVAC activity controller
§ Participate in daily activity/APU management and give feedback to controlling manager
§ Labor cost (actual/budget): headcount validation, check consistency between headcount, labor cost and activity workload (including productivity impact), reconcile hours worked and hours paid; validate overtime requirement
§ APU overheads control, including internal logistics
§ Validate and following IAR related with acitivty
§ Deploy plan -30 activity at activity level
§ Weekly industrial indicators follow-up
§ Build Gross margin of HVAC activity
§ Monthly analysis of the activity vs. budget vs. last year for each lever (material, direct labor, overheads, committed/recorded capex, headcount), including industrial variances to be reported to the activity/APU manager and the controlling manager
§ Validate 3-month rolling forecasts
§ Budget activity: Build monthly budget of the activity for each lever (material, direct labor, overheads,, committed/recorded capex, headcount, …)
Business school (Ecole de Commerce, MBA…) with a major in Finance, Audit or Management Control
Finance or Management Degree
